• Texas, Arizona, West Virginia, and more are all proposing bills that could pass “a pretense foir a central bank digital currency.”

At first glance, the admendments appear to address the difference between digital currencies and the traditional U.S. dollar… 

• Unfortunately, the amendments also effectively disallow the use of any digital asset not supported by the Federal Reserve!

Attorney Thomas Renz had this to say about it:

• “They’re trying to sneak it in through these Republican states…”
• “…these are deeply red states, where if the people know about this, there is zero chance [of it passing].”
