• That’s the basis of a new “Red Flag” gun law signed into law by Michigan Gov. Gretchen Whitmer.

The new law, SB83, allows a petition from a complainant to immediately prohibit a targeted citizen from owning, buying, or using firearms until the targeted citizen can prove to a court that they should have their constitutional rights restored.
